To exchange an item, please first send your item back to us. Unfortunately, we have to pass the return shipping costs on to you . As soon as we receive the product, you will receive a voucher by email for the original purchase price, which you can use for your next order in our shop.

Your return package should contain the following:

• The unworn product in the original packaging (including bag, hangtag or other attached components)
• The fully completed exchange form
