When will I receive my delivery?

We ask for your patience! Your order will only be produced once it has been successfully placed. This can take 1-5 working days . Experience has shown that this should only take 5 working days in exceptional cases. As soon as production is complete, your package will be dispatched as quickly as possible with a delivery time of 2-5 working days. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

Which size should I order?

The question is simple to answer. Simply order your normal size to get the perfect oversized look.

Can I exchange my order?

Of course, an exchange is acceptable as long as the item is unworn and unwashed and the return period of 14 days is observed.

It's that easy:

Please fill out our exchange form If you exchange an item, we will issue you a voucher for the purchase price of the item you sent in. You can then use this to reorder your desired model. You will receive the voucher via email after we receive your return and can easily be used as a payment method at checkout.

What payment options are available?

You can place your order in our online shop easily and securely using various payment options:

My discount code didn't work, what now?

Our discount codes and promotions are subject to certain conditions and cannot be combined with one another.

To redeem a discount code, simply enter it in the corresponding field during the order process at checkout and click on apply. The code will then be displayed in the shopping cart overview.

If the discount code does not work, please check the following points:

  1. Have you met the requirements (e.g. minimum order value or minimum order quantity)?
  2. Did you enter the code in the correct field (“discount code”) and click “apply”?
  3. Does the discount code come from a trustworthy source and is it still valid?
  4. Did you enter all characters correctly, especially the distinction between “0” and “O”, and did you not make any typos?

If you can answer all of these questions with “yes,” the discount code should be applicable.

If you still have a problem, please contact us directly via email or Instagram . Send us a screenshot of your shopping cart, the discount code and the error message, and tell us where you found the code. We will try to find a solution immediately.

Size or item is sold out?

Availability is limited for almost all collections, with the exception of the "Classic Collection" . There is no re-production and once an item is sold out, it may only become available again as part of a so-called return drop. These return drops are announced exclusively on Instagram and in our newsletter.

If a product from the "Classic Collection" is temporarily unavailable, you can be sure that it will be available again shortly . Visit our site regularly or discover the piece you want in a different color variant.
