To make an exchange, please return your item to us first. Unfortunately, we will have to pass on the return costs to you. As soon as we have received the product, you will receive a voucher by email for the original purchase amount, which you can use for your next order in our shop.

Your return parcel should contain the following:

• The unworn product in its original packaging (including bag, hangtag or other attached components)
• The fully completed exchange form
